SnapSellGo is operated by THAI LIFE REAL ESTATE CO., LTD., a company registered in the Kingdom of Thailand (company registration number 0575560000928), with its registered office at 228 Moo 8, San Sai Subdistrict, Mueang Chiang Rai District, Chiang Rai Province 57000, Thailand ("SnapSellGo", "we", "us", or "our").

These General Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SnapSellGo platform, available at www.snapsellgo.com and its mobile versions. By browsing, creating an account, opening a store, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. They apply alongside our Terms of Service and our Photo & Content Usage Policy.

Article 1 — Who we are and what SnapSellGo is

SnapSellGo is a worldwide online marketplace built for independent founders, artisans, makers, and small businesses who want to sell their products globally without losing their margins to commissions, listing fees, or restrictive algorithms.

We charge 0% commission on sales. Sellers keep what they earn and are paid directly. SnapSellGo provides the platform, the tools, and the audience — sellers run their own stores. We reserve the right to update these Terms (see Article 11), and everything is governed by Thai law.

Article 2 — Our services

SnapSellGo provides:

• Your own global storefront: an online store, live worldwide, with no country restrictions.
• Selling tools: product listings, store management, and optional assisted store setup.
• Direct buyer communication: a chat so interested buyers can reach you directly.
• Direct payments: you connect your own payment method and get paid directly — SnapSellGo does not take a cut.
• Visibility: promotion of your store and the marketplace across our channels.

SnapSellGo runs around the clock. We may occasionally pause the service for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency fixes, and we improve the platform continuously without needing your prior approval for routine changes.

Article 3 — Your account

To sell on SnapSellGo you must provide accurate information: your real name (or company name for businesses), a working email, and a valid contact method. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Keep your details up to date and your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Article 4 — Community rules

SnapSellGo is a respectful, fair marketplace. You agree not to: post false or misleading information; harass, abuse, or defraud other users; manipulate reviews or rankings; spam; or interfere with the operation of the platform. We want a place where independent creators can thrive — behaviour that undermines that trust is not allowed.

Article 5 — Your content

You are responsible for everything you publish on SnapSellGo: product photos, descriptions, prices, store name, and messages. You must have the right to use the content you upload or that you ask us to import on your behalf. The use of images and product content is governed by our Photo & Content Usage Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

If you ask SnapSellGo to help set up your store by providing links to your own website or product pages, you authorise us to retrieve the related images, titles, prices, and descriptions for the purpose of creating your store, and you confirm you hold the rights to that content.

Article 6 — Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your products, brand, designs, photos, and descriptions. SnapSellGo keeps ownership of its platform, software, logos, and design. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership between us, except for the limited licences described in these Terms and the Photo & Content Usage Policy, which let us display and promote your store. Respect the intellectual property of others: do not copy, resell, or pass off content or products that are not yours.

Article 7 — Your privacy

We respect your data. We collect and process personal information only as needed to operate the platform, fulfil our services, and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal data. Article 8 — Liability

SnapSellGo is a marketplace that connects sellers and buyers. We are not the manufacturer, seller, or distributor of the products listed, and we are not a party to the sale contract between a buyer and a seller. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or for disputes, products, payments, or deliveries handled between buyers and sellers. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Article 9 — Money matters

SnapSellGo charges 0% commission on your sales. Sellers are paid directly through their own payment method; SnapSellGo does not collect or hold the sale proceeds. We offer a free plan and may offer optional paid subscription plans with extra features, billed in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. Sellers are responsible for their own pricing, shipping, refunds, taxes, and legal compliance on their sales.

Article 10 — Duration of the relationship

These Terms apply for as long as you use SnapSellGo. You may close your store and stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or the law (see Article 12).

Article 11 — Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, the law, or our marketplace. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. We will take reasonable steps to inform you of material changes. Continuing to use SnapSellGo after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Article 12 — Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close any account or store that breaches these Terms, that we reasonably believe is involved in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity, that infringes the rights of others, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we will tell you why. You may also close your account at any time.

Article 13 — Dispute resolution

Disputes about a product, a payment, or a delivery are between the buyer and the seller; we encourage you to resolve them directly and in good faith. SnapSellGo may, but is not obliged to, help. For any dispute between you and SnapSellGo, we will first try to resolve it amicably — please contact us before taking any other step.

Article 14 — Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your account or these Terms to someone else without our consent. These Terms, together with the Terms of Service and the Photo & Content Usage Policy, are the entire agreement between you and SnapSellGo regarding the platform.

Article 15 — Prohibited products and conduct

You may not list, sell, or promote anything illegal, counterfeit, replica, stolen, unsafe, or that infringes the rights of others. This includes, without limitation: counterfeit or replica goods; weapons; illegal drugs; regulated, hazardous, or prohibited items; and fraudulent, hateful, or sexually exploitative content. Listings that break these rules may be removed and the account suspended.

Article 16 — Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your own country of residence.
